The Appfolio portal is an easily accessible way to:

- Securely pay dues or assessments online via e-check, credit card, or automatic payments

- Submit architectural change requests to your manager and the Board

- Notify your manager of maintenance requests in the common area

- Digitally access all documents available to the community like the CC&Rs, meeting minutes, agendas, insurance information, and reserve studies.
