Amy King - Owner, Certified Community Association Manager
Amy King is a Certified Community Association Manager with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Jose State. Amy has raised two now young adult children, and takes great pride in each one of their accomplishments. Amy opened King Management in 2006 and has dedicated great care in building a reputable business in her home town. Amy’s passions include travel, bodybuilding, fitness, nutrition, gardening, and family.
Jeannette Huyser – Sale Transfers & Refinance
Jeannette Huyser has been happily providing community management association support for our clients since 2018. Jeannette has received her Bachelor’s in Business Management, and is grateful to have a career she loves, and thrives in. Jeannette’s hobbies include hiking, exploring swimming holes, reading, writing, and being creative. She is grateful to provide efficiency & structure for her team, clients, and agents.
Emily Elizabeth Krauss provides community management association support for our clients. Emily received her Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California in 2017 and moved up to the Santa Cruz mountains in 2018 after having lived her whole life in Orange County. In addition to enjoying the fulfilling work that she gets to perform with the team at King Management, Emily is quite the accomplished baker, her favorite dish being a delicious red velvet cake. She also enjoys hikes in the natural beauty of the mountains, collaborative creative writing, and spending time with her loving husband.

Kim Albin - Certified Community Association Manager
With six years of experience as an HOA manager, Kim is very happy to be back with King Management. Kim appreciates the strong work ethic, knowledge, drive, support, and humor of her co-workers and appreciates Amy’s fierce leadership and patience of a saint.
Kim’s family moved from Long Island NY to Santa Cruz nearly 40- years ago, Kim continues to live and enjoy her work and social life in beautiful Santa Cruz where she’s raised her own family who are now starting families of their own. Kim is so happy that she has recently been blessed with her first grandchild.
Aside from enjoying her free time with her granddaughter, Kim enjoys yoga classes on the beach, taking walks on East Cliff Drive, hikes in the redwoods, reading, travel, laughing, eating good food, and spending time with family and friends. Her most enjoyable time spent is with her granddaughter!
Samantha Jasso - Certified Community Association Manager
Sam Jasso is a Certified Community Association Manager with almost a decade of experiance in the industry. Her strengths include project and budget management and building personal connections with members of the community. Sam believes that each property has its own unique needs and benefits from an individualized approach to long-term success.
Sam is a proud Santa Cruz County native who moved away for college and eventually found her way back to the place she loves between the beaches and the redwoods. Outside of work, Sam is a busy mom of three and a dedicated Girl Scout troop leader. In her free time, she enjoys balancing adventure and relaxation — from going to concerts, road trips, and trying new foods to crocheting and reading to unwind.
Anna Grasso - Accounting
Anna provides accounting services such as budgeting, bill payment, and monthly financial packets for the associations we manage. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Business Management. Anna moved from Palm Desert to Santa Cruz in 2000 and has two young children and two young cats. Anna enjoys being outside, especially at the beach, doing yoga, running, working out, and camping. She enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, having a good laugh, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Ana Moreno - Accounting / Community Association Manager
Ana Moreno provides accounts payable services and community management for our clients. Ana has 19 years of property management experience and 15 years of accounting experience . She started in residential rentals where she later transitioned into HOA management. Outside of work, Ana keeps very busy being involved with her 3 kids' extracurricular sports activities and also volunteers as a youth cheerleading coach for the last 15 years in her home town of Watsonville where she was born and raised. When not busy with sports or work, Ana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing and singing.
Heidi Ornellas - Senior Accountant
Heidi Ornellas brings over 30 years of HOA accounting experience to King Management and is
very pleased to have joined the team. Heidi has served on ECHO resource panels and enjoys
the interaction with Board Members and members of the HOA communities. Heidi attended
West Valley Community College and received her degree in Accounting. Heidi enjoys spending
time with her husband, two adult children, family and friends. Heidi’s favorite activities include
traveling, cooking, baking, wine tasting and taking walks on the local beaches.
Savhanna Nevin – Community Association Manager
Savhanna was born and raised in Santa Cruz.
She enjoys going to the gym, and going to the beach in her free time.
Cassandra Valenzuela– Community Association Manager
Cassandra, a proud native of Santa Cruz, California, was raised amidst the iconic redwoods, beaches, and laid-back adventure culture of the bay area
With over 4 years in the hospitality industry and more than 10 years of customer service experience, Cassandra has honed exceptional communication, empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail - skills that are the backbone of excellent hospitality and guest care. These qualities have enabled her to create genuine emotional connections and deliver personalized experiences, whether greeting guests, resolving concerns promptly, or exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
Outside of work, Cassandra is active in sports; dancing, pickleball, disc golf, hiking, beach volleyball, and weightlifting at the gym. Her passion for staying active and connecting with the community drives every weekend adventure.
Professionally grounded in outdoor education and survival, Cassandra brings years of experience teaching wilderness skills, resilience, and ecological awareness through programs in the coastal redwoods and open spaces around Santa Cruz.
More than anything, Cassandra is committed to spreading kindness wherever they go, whether helping a guest feel at home, leading an outdoor lesson, or simply joining a game with a friendly smile. She aims to uplift and inspire.
Annalise Mayton - Community Association Manager
With over 10 years of experience in customer service management, Anna is passionate about creating positive experiences and building strong relationships through a people-first approach. She is known for her communication skills, adaptability, and ability to lead with empathy while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments. Anna values teamwork, professionalism, and creating welcoming experiences for both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, most sports, exploring California’s lakes and coastal towns, and finding opportunities to connect with friends, family, and her community. Her passion for people and meaningful experiences carries through both professionally and personally.

Felecia Gee - Community Association Manager
Felecia Gee supports our clients with community association management services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Outside of work, Felecia enjoys reading, playing video games, baking, and spending time with her cat.
Katie Ingalls - Community Association Manager
Katie Ingalls is a Community Association Manager with over 6 years of experience in property management and a combined 13 years of experience in project management, office administration, customer service, and operations. She is passionate about building strong client relationships, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional results through organization, communication, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Katie lives in Aptos, California, with her wife and their dog, James. She enjoys reading, discovering new cities, finding neat shops and thrift stores, and exploring local restaurants.
Chris Jones – Senior Accountant 1943-2023
Chris (or Mimi as the grandkids called her) is missed every day. For those clients that benefited from years of working with Chris, please know she valued each of you, and treasured the relationships she built in the 17 years she spent at King Management. Amy wrote the following after losing her mom:
"I know mom is with dad now, and they are growing roses, cooking crab, fishing, camping, and sitting in the sunshine for their 5:00 happy hour, holding hands and watching over my brother and I. She and I had a special relationship. She showed me how to be a loving mom, a strong woman, and a good human. Thank you mom, for everything."
