Amy King - Owner, Certified Community Association Manager


Amy King is a Certified Community Association Manager with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Jose State. Amy has raised two now teenage children, and takes great pride in each one of their accomplishments.  Amy opened King Management in 2006 and has dedicated great care in building a reputable business in her home town.  Amy’s passions include travel, camping, running, soccer, friends, and family.




Chris Jones is the Senior Accountant at King Management, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkley. Chris has been with King Management since our doors opened in 2006 and prepares the monthly financial statements for our clients.  Before she came to us, Chris was a history teacher, a homemaker and mother, a realtor, and CPA. Chris enjoys the challenges presented by accounting. She has 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren and lives in Soquel with her husband of 50 years!  Chris loves gardening and reading.

Hannah Carpenter – Portfolio Manager / Business Development 

Hannah Carpenter provides community management association support for our clients and to the Assistant Portfolio Managers.  Additionally, Hannah provides business development to King Management; she enjoys this part of her job the most as it comes natural with her organization skills and ambitious nature. Hannah thrives in this industry due to her strong passion and desire to help others. Hannah moved to Santa Cruz from Sacramento in early 2018 and wishes she had moved sooner!  Hannah embraces the Santa Cruz culture and organic living that the city has to offer.



Jeannette Huyser provides community management association support for our clients. Jeannette has received her Bachelor’s in Business Management, and is grateful to have a career she loves and thrives in.  Jeannette’s hobbies include hiking, swimming, reading, and writing. Jeannette is also an artist, and enjoys creating landscapes and portraits, and also enjoys landscape photography. Jeannette was born in Colorado, and has lived in Florida, Washington DC, Sedona AZ, and in 2016 she settled in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Kirsten W Attlesey – Office Manager

Kirsten Attlesey provides support both to our communities and to the management team dedicated to each community.  Kirsten has lived in Santa Cruz since 1990 and has two young adult children.  Her interests include travel, hiking, walking on West Cliff Drive and spending time with her family and friends.  Kirsten loves good food and new adventures whether it is on the ocean or in the mountains.  Kirsten enjoys living on the Central Coast and helping to provide excellent service to our communities.  As she often answers the phone, be sure and say hi when you call in!


Emily Krauss - Assistant Portfolio Manger


Emily Elizabeth Krauss provides community management association support for our clients. Emily received her Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California in 2017 and moved up to the Santa Cruz mountains in 2018 after having lived her whole life in Orange County. In addition to enjoying the fulfilling work that she gets to perform with the team at King Management, Emily is quite the accomplished baker, her favorite dish being a delicious red velvet cake. She also enjoys hikes in the natural beauty of the mountains, collaborative creative writing, and spending time with her loving husband.

Lilly Webber - Assistant Portfolio Manager

Lilly Webber is an Assistant Portfolio Manager who provides community management association support for our clients. Lilly received her dual Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, and Asian and Pacific Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Lilly was born in Santa Cruz and was raised in the Santa Cruz mountains, until she moved to the Upper West Side. Aside from living in Los Angeles and studying abroad in Tokyo, she has lived her entire life in Santa Cruz. Lilly’s interests include ceramics, online gaming, baking, hiking and weightlifting. She is also the proud mother of two spoiled cats, who are also Santa Cruz locals. 


Wendi Hammang -Assitant Portfolio Manager

Wendi’s background has been at a glance, very diverse. This background includes Radio Marketing, Law Enforcement, Education, and Property Management. Despite those being vastly different careers, she has learned that there have been valuable transferable skills gained through these seemingly unrelated paths. These skills parlayed beautifully into her present role, as Assistant Portfolio Manager at King Management. Wendi enjoys and values her relationship with her clients, it makes this work meaningful and fun! When she is not at work, you might find Wendi hiking, eating exotic foods, exploring new territories, and pushing herself to grow and learn. She is very inspired by finding creative solutions to problems, and relishes bridging differences to arrive at common ground. Wendi is proud to be part of a dynamic team that provides excellent service to our clients!

Drayah Baylor-Reed - Accounting Director

Drayah Baylor-Reed is the Accounting Director who provides all accounting support for our clients. Drayah was born and raised, for nineteen years, in the countryside of Tallahassee Florida. As much as she misses all the amazing southern food, her heart is here in Santa Cruz. Drayah worked her way up from working as a waitress to the Accounting field within six years of hard work. She truly knows the beauty of working hard for what you want in life. Besides being at the office, Drayah loves spending time with her Husband and young daughter.
